Anand’s Role
- This was a brownfield project of moving the old Finance accounting system to a new one
- Anand managed a team of 10 direct reportees in the offshore development team in India consisting of Developers, QA and Operations.
- Anand defined overall product strategy in conjunction with the UK Product Manager and Accounting SME.
- He defined the project roadmap, timelines and work breakdown for the offshore team
- He doubled-up as the scrum master who managed the project and timelines

Product was successfully delivered in UK and is now being used by more than 1300 schools
