- Anand tracked all Government and Ofstead yearly changes to modules like Attendance, Common Transfer Format, Year-end reports and ensured software was in compliance
- Anand managed a team of 4 functional analysts
- Anand defined and maintained all Business requirement documentation and ensured it is compliant with both ISO 9001 (QMS) and ISO 22301 (BCMS)

Product was successfully delivered in UK/Australia and is now being used by more than 1900 schools
